Description

If you enjoy history but have not been able to go on one of our walking tours, then experience it from the comfort of Vittles & Company.

Local tour guide and author, Emma Lingard, will give a talk on Grimsby's early history while you can sit back and enjoy food and beverages.

Find out about the meaning of some of the town's ancient streets; learn more about the Minster and the medieval manor of Grimsby, as well as the founder of the town Grim. Discover more about Wellow Abbey and the religious society in the town during this period.

The talk will last 30 to 45 minutes and will be followed by a question and answer session.

NB: Booking is important as places are limited.
